LILITH (the first wife of adam)

Lilith, Lilit, is a female figure in mesopotamian and Judaic mythology; alternatively, the first wife of Adam and supposedly the primordial she-demon. Lilith is cited as having been banished from the Garden of Eden for not complying and obeying Adam. She is mentioned in Biblical Hewbrew in the book of Isaiah and in late antiquity in Mandaean mythology and Jewish mythology source from 500 ce onward. Lilith appears in historical ( incantation incorporating a short mythic story) in various concepts and localities that give partial descriptions of her. She is mentioned in the Babylonian Talmud ( Eruvin 100 b, Nissan 24 b Shabbit 151 b Baba Bathr 73a) in the book of Adam and, Eve as Adam's first wife, and in the Zohar Leviticus 19 a. The name Lilith stems from Lilli. Lilith„ and (w) ardat ( .11). The Akkadian word is related to the Hebrew word lith in Isaiah 34:15, which is thought to be a night bird by some modern scholars suck as Judit M. Blair. In the ancient, there were multiple origin stories for Lilith, but the most popular history told view Lilith as the first wife of Adam. According to the " first Eve" story, Lilith was created by God from dust and placed to live in the garden with Adam until the problem arose between Adam and Lilith when Adam tried to exercise dominance over Lilith. One story tells that Lilith refused to lay beneath Adam during sex. Lilith believe they were created equal, both from dust of earth. Thus, she should not have to lay beneath him. After Adam disagreed with Lilith, fled from the Garden of Eden to gain her independence. Adam told God that Lilith had left and God sent three angels, Senoi, Sansenoi, and Sammangelof, to return her. In revenge, Lilith is said she would rob the children of life and be responsible for the death of still born infants and crib deaths (sid). Male children are at risk of Lilith wrath for 8 days after birth (until circumcision ), and girls are at risk for 20 days. Although Lilith stole children's lives in the night. She agreed not to kill the children who have amulets of either of the three angels. After the Angels departed, Lilith tried to return to the Garden of Eden, but upon her arrival, She discovered that Adam had another mate, Eve. Out of revenge, Lilith had sex with Adam. While he was sleeping and "stole his seed," With Adam's seed, she bears lilium, earthbound demon to replace her children, that the Angels kill everyday. Lilith is also said to be responsible for males erotic dreams and night emissions. Another theory was is impregnated, thus creating more by masturbation and erotic dreams. Lilith the mother of all demons.
